Stephen was so happy & helpful when looking for a Robo vac for my 90 year old Mum. He explained the benefits of several vacs. There was no pressure from him to purchase. The product was what we wanted & the price was great. Stephen also said he would help Mum set it up. That was fantastic. Love Godfrey's

I took my broken vacuum to get it fixed. Chimie not only had a look and explained to me how I could fix it myself instead of spending money, but also cleaned the filter for me. You are so cool, thanks Chimie x

A week ago I went into Godfreys in Ballina with a problem regarding my old Dyson. Although Godfreys don't sell Dysons the lovely assistant went to a great deal of trouble helping me find the solution. It turned out I had put the filter in upside down after washing it! Thank you, and If I need a new vaccuum cleaner down the track I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The service I recieved from Yvonne at the Ballina store was excellent. I purchased a floor one S5 pro vacume and wash hard floor cleaner. Yvonne explained how to use and clean the mashine clearly. Thank you Yvonne love my cleaner

Yvonne was extremely helpful, guiding me through the choices.Didn't try and sell me the most expensive one. Actually it was the cheapest model and on sale as well.She understood that I didn't need a professional one as it is going to be used in a small flat rather than cleaning a whole level of an office block. Usually I would be wary of the cheapest model available but Yvonne, considering the amount of projected usage said that the one I bought was well adequate.A good experience overall.A most helpful salesperson

My partner and I got a Hoover today from Ballina, we were served by Stephen, it was a quick and pleasant shop and we love our new vac! The Hoover eco pet bagless is super quiet too which is a nice bonus

Its a lovely clean friendly store. Stephen was patient and knowledgeable about the carpet cleaners I was asking about. He guided me without pushing the most expensive one there.I found one on sale and I had a go on it to feel if it was too heavy to use.I think it was close to closing and Stephen invited us in to browse. Thank you.
