I’ve had a few piercings done by William and the experience has always been top notch. He is very skilled at what he does and makes the experience as painless as possible. He also takes hygiene super seriously.

Just had my ears pierced in my 60's as a treat following treatment for cancer. Met with William prior to discuss my needs, came away thinking this guy knows his stuff. The day of the piercing he was highly professional, meticulously clean, explains every step as he goes and easy to talk with making the process very relaxing. I tell everyone about him, highly recommend William, don't go anywhere else.

Went in to get a septum piercing and it went great. The staff were friendly and super cool about answering questions in an easy to digest way that didn't make me feel silly about asking. The place is clean (not to mention the vibes and decorations are immaculate) and it seemed like they took a lot of precautions regarding hygiene.They were truly lovely and made me feel super comfortable and safe during my first proper piercing. Prices are great too, so I'll definitely be back (once I decide what to get next lol)Edit: Came back again to the new location for another facial piercing, it's a super clean and lovely location and again the service was incredible. Couldn't be happier.

I saw William for my first 'non lobe' ear piercing and was so impressed (and reassured) by the thorough and easy process he has created.The first consultation appointment was key, as I learnt the piercing I was thinking about was not ideal for my ear shape, and was recommended various placements which would 'sit' and heal better.During the second appointment, I selected a jewellery piece from the awesome selection in the studio, and William took the time to explain in details how he would proceed and the hygiene standards he follows.
