TinTing Guard Southport

Had one of my work vehicles windows tinted. Tinting looks good so far but the workmanship putting my vehicle back together was sub par, there were stripped screws, and screws left loose cause trimmings etc to rattle. When I reported this to said tradesman" there was no apology juat said is it really a big problem?"

Got my son's car tinted here roughly 2 months ago, done such a fantastic job so I booked my ute in for last week. Great job as always! So happy with the end result

I thought I’d help this small business grow and give them a chance considering there are other well known, bigger and better reputation companies out there. TODAY THEY PROVED ME WRONG. Ivan (Le Nguyen the owner manager) was utterly rude, no professionalism what so ever, zero customer service skills and absolutely not a man to his words. The job was dodgy with no skills at all. If anyone comes across this tinting work shop I strongly advise you to think twice. Give your money to a more professional business.

Very unprofessional business. Received quote in writing via facebook and when i went to pick up the car they wanted to charge me an extra 10% g.s.t if i paid by card. After refusing, and politely pointing out what they were doing was illegal they eventually let me pay the quoted amount by card. Initially, they weren't prepared to give me the car key unless i agreed to pay the increased amount. Very very shady given he told me they would have to pay tax if i paid by card. Stick to the well known businesses like mastertint that was just up the road.

I made an appointment at 9am, and the door was not even opened. so they came late to start with, when I mention about Ive to be somewhere else in 5 minutes and the guy told me I could’ve left my keys to shops next door? I find this is so unprofessional and awful that there was no apology whatsoever, and he also said he was not late if I am not happy I can leave. So then I did, then he was there to try to pick a fight also tried to take photos of my car, it was just a very bad experience and waste of time. I rather spend a little bit more money on other companies who has respect for their customers and their own business.

I had my car done at this shop and there were a little bubble, I went back there and they fixed it straight away. Explained to all my concerns. I’m so glad to using this service. Thank you.

I brought my car there yesterday to remove the 4 month old tint which i got from the other workshop on the Coast. Then retinted 4 door and rear glass.Ivan is an amazing guy, knowing exactly what he's doing. Great pricing as well.The job was done quickly, flawless and so affordable. I didn't expect it just costs that much to remove the terribly bubbled tint and then tint the new film. We have decided to get our home window tinted by these guys too. Highly recommended

Went in last week to get my car windows tinted. They couldn't do the job and had my car the whole day.They only did my rear windshield left it full of bubbles and a 2 inch gap at the top. I went to another window tint place and found out the solvents they used on my rear window has caused damage to my rear window defroster.DONT USE THIS COMPANY they also have ads on Facebook marketplace under Nguyen Le
