Edzell - Waterfront Holiday House in East Jindabyne

The centralized fireplace sets a cozy environment to watch the amazing views across Lake Jindabyne and the mountains behind. Clean, well maintained and an amazing experience. Highly recommend staying here. Will be back!

We have stayed at Edzell a number of times now. It is fantastic accomodation which has made our holidays in the snowy incredibly special. If you could envisage a perfect retreat my guess is that it would closely resemble this place. Rolling lawns, secret gardens and a tennis court. Views looking out to a shimmering lake and vast mountain ranges. A roaring fire surrounded by cozy couches and a bar. A games room equipped with a full sized pool table and satellite TV. Less than an hours drive to a selection of ski resorts and 10 minutes drive to town. This place ticks all of the boxes. Perfect for a family or a big group of friends. You would struggle to find better value anywhere else. Restorative, luxurious and memorable!

We recently had another brilliant stay at Edzell with 3 other families. The kids loved swimming in the lake and playing on the beach and the adults enjoyed sunset drinks on the patio at night. It’s a wonderful house with something for everyone.

Was an absolutely amazing stay! The house is decked out with almost everything that you could possibly need, you're right on the lake with a tennis court and huge grounds, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Had a beautiful stay and our group of friends will be back soon. Couldn't have stayed at a better place!

Edzell was perfect! Absolutely loved our stay. We filled our days with tennis, swims in the lake outdoor yoga and hikes in the nearby national park. Stunning property, great place to relax. Highly recommend Edzell!

Edzell is just beautiful! I couldn't have asked for a more relaxing, spacious and entertaining place. We filled our days playing tennis, going for a swim at lake Jindabye and sipping on some coffee while watching the beautiful sunset from the garden. Absolutely amazing!

My family have been coming here for years to relax by the beautiful lake. In summer the house is perfect for tennis, swimming in the lake and heading out to fish. In winter the ski fields are only a short drive away and there are cosy fireplaces to come back to. Would recommend this stay to anyone :)

Edzell is the only destination to consider for rest and relaxation, a break and family holiday. Beautiful lake side location overlooking the mountains and vistas toward the ski slopes. Luxurious accommodation wth open fire place, games room, out door fire pit and 1/2 size tennis court. Perfect for a ski holiday, fishing adventure on the lake or near by rivers or a summer break with walking and bike riding. Close to Jindabyne centre with shopping, restaurants and cinema.We come here often and would highly recommend it.

Staying at Edzell is a dream. The beautiful house is next to the lovely lake Jindabyne and a short trip from the town. It's really close to the snow to (Thredbo/Perisher). Perfect spot for families that want to stay at the snow on luxury. House offers two fire places, well kitted kitchen, comfortable lounge area and a bar. There is enough DVDs to keep anyone entertained if they do not feel like snow. A walk along the lake is also recommended.Don't miss out on staying at this place - it is just what you need.

Me and 7 friends stayed for 8 nights at Edzell just recently. It is a brilliant house with lots to do such as the games room and lake Jindabyne only 50 m away. I would highly recommend this property to all.
