Highbury Park Playground

A really nice place to chill and take your kids. They have two short trails, and a path around the massive oval. Often, if it is a sunny day, many come to the oval and picnic there. They also have lots of wildlife, and you'd be pretty lucky to see it, once I saw an owl, and there are TONS of rainbow lorikeets flocking there everyday. A great place to be one with nature. They have toilets and a drinking fountain for you and a special fountain for your dog/pet.

The best about this playground is the fresh air from native reserve abutting, which is densely wooded with tall trees and through which winds a wide path. It is like an oasis.The playground has just had a new layer of bark and because I walk through here daily I can see that the whole area is tended well by the gardener.There is also an oval on the other side of the nature reserve which gives loads of space for running around. But there is just enough space to kick the footy with small children next the playground.The park is being well used during lockdown for ISO walks, bike rides, light ball activities. Playground cannot be used currently unfortunately. However, it is good to see families still enjoying the space. I have attached photos of winter wattle which is terrific at the moment. 14th August.2020.

Serene place to dine if the kids aren't too loud. With two tables and a few benches, bin and bicycle loops paved very close to the entrance yet far from loud traffic. Could do with one more tree though.

Great park all new benches and chairs new play equipment for children too

Quite a big park adjacent to the ground located on Highbury road. My kids love to play there however there are lot of mosquitoes, ants and insects. Plz make sure your kids are not victims for those tiny creatures rather have some fun time.

Great little park with nice play equipment. Swings, climbing structure and see-saws.

This park is a good place to let your children play at

Nice and well located for young children and toddlers besdide walking trail and park for couples.No toilet or drinkable water. (Aside from Covid restrictions)

Popular adventure/play for children. Safety ground covering. Missing basketball rind otherwise well equipped.
