Noting but trouble everytime I've had to order parts for my bobcat.Ive had wrong parts several times despite using machine serial numbers followed by lengthy phone calls and delays getting the right parts and a refund.Called to order parts and was told they will be here tomorrow so waited all day in workshop for delivery only to find out they won't be in until tomorrow.

It does take some time to get your parts despite preordering and payment beforehand, including the Covid protocols.It is take a number and wait your turn to speak to someone at the counter then for the item to be collected and handed to you.Expect min 15 mins.

Phoned up to place an order for parts a day before picking up got told the parts will be ready in four hours, Told staff that i will be picking up next day on a cash sale. Still waited for 25min for them to find the order. For being such a big company they seem very disorganised and very slow.
