So much more than just a place to get chair lift passes.Bike hire and comprehensive shop, clothing from quality brands your of with friendly helpful staff, well worth a poke around.

Great and convinient, but a bit expensive

Super friendly and helpful team.We picked up our gear without any issue from here.Chair lift ride to the cafe was amazing with great views.Team helped us out to get on to gondola on the next day.Thank you!

Had good time and quite a busy place

Needs more communication when the chairlift starts late. Instead of people just hanging around a d wondering what's happening. When it got going the staff were excellent.

Visited there recently, lovely place in Thredbo. Staff Haydon is so helpful he made our snowy mountain tour easier by helping to choose right snow outfits.

Unorganised place.Arrived 30mins before and thought that should be plenty of time with only 2 people lining up before me to get shoes but the staff member was more interested in getting a phone charger for his phone than serving customers and doing his job, also staff are more interested in chatting in the ski hire out section (3 staff guys) than actually fitting shoes where the queue is (mainly 1 person or sometimes 2 staff people fitting shoes).From this shoe fitting then no one in the snowboard section then no one in the clothing section we missed our planned snowboarding learning sessionGoto Perisher, been there before for Skiing and it's way better than Thredbo. Even better Goto Queenstown in NZ

The Thredbo Retail and Rental place at both the Valley Terminal and Friday Flats were great. The service staff were all super nicely and friendly and really helpful. They made hiring ski equipment quick and easy. The shop was fully stocked with clothes, souvenirs, beanies, ski accessories and so much more.

Fair selection.Helpful staff when they aren't swamped by people buying lift tickets( this line takes way too LONG)10%o off for premium Thredbo pass holders on full priced shop items over $20.More premium brand clothes here.Better selection at Friday flats shop( not premium brands though)Goggle selection best here .Lift tickets should be sold elsewhere as retail customers often go elsewhere.
