Found this place as LG official service centre and had them repair my monitor. Cannot fault the service provided. The repairs were completed faster than expected and communication was efficient. Will recommend to others tho need to service their LG gear.

Got the right remote for my TV, the initial conversation with the person on the phone seemed like she was a little annoyed at me, however she actually gave me the right thing I needed and saved me so much of time of moving around.Appreciate her assistance, she definitely knew her job well.

Had a faulty LG microwave and was advised to contact POWR to conduct the repairs.Absolutely tremendous customer service. Renee looked after me and even recommended a top place to grab a coffee whilst I wait for the repair.Had such great customer service from both LG and POWR. Won't hesitate to use or recommend LG or POWR in the future

After troubleshooting my Oled with LG they told me will send a repair technician to service and fix it. Immediately recieved a call from Powr Electronics and setup a repair appointment. Chris and his colleague arrived and after quick troubleshooting fix my TV in minutes. Very professional, can greatly recommend them !!
