Aldi at Arana Hills Shopping centre has a huge parking area outside of the store. With shaded parking areas close to the store itself. Wheelchair friendly entry via very long concrete ramp that gives you a bit of a workout when exiting with your groceries in the trolley. The store itself is spacious and well presented with helpful and cheerful staff to asist. The refurbished layout is the same as every other Aldi model. So those familiar with Aldi Shopping can easily locate their every day items. Located right behind the main complex that features Kmart and a host of specialty outlets. Since my original review, nothing has changed 14-6-2023.

I went to Aldi today and bought some groceries. The staff are friendly and helpful. Produce is fresh and reasonably priced. The cashiers are always well mannered. It's a great shopping experience and I highly recommend it.

Very shocked to inform that one of the employees named Ella had verbally assaulted me and my partner while we were going through the checkout. She also put up her rude fingers and causing a scene infront of more customers. This happened during 1 pm today. Very disappointing to see such a nice Aldi sore with absolutely disgusting behaviour from employees.

Clean, well stocked, large store. Aldi Arana Hills have the wide range of supermarket product, and cheaper prices that Aldi stores always have. Just keep on track with your intended purchases, and keep those eyes away from the centre aisle bargains... unless there's a birthday coming up!

I really like the layout of this store. For those with sensitivity issues, the wide isles and indirect lighting is very welcome. The staff have always been helpful and friendly.

The Aldi with the biggest car park in town. I like it much more than the ones i was used to shop before. Easy to park close to the entrance and access to the trolley bay.

Count me in as an Aldi convert.Yeah, it’s strange at first when you go from a traditional supermarket but dude once you get the system down you can rip through a shop in no time. It’s less crowded and crazy than the two other ones and the lack of options might seem bad but gee it makes it so much easier to get the shopping done. There’s a few items we avoid because they’re just not great but that’s the small exception rather than the rule.I use crates when I shop so I’ve packed my shopping at the register and then I’m out.As for the specials… they’re a bonus. I tend to ignore those, unless there’s a drill press on sale.

I didn’t feel right today when I just did my shopping few minutes ago. I have been asked to check my tiny bag from the counter(shift manager) with 3 not small items had been put on the line. The way he asked made me a bit uncomfortable as I was the only one to be checked from the whole queue. I don’t mind being checked but it looked not right at that moment was it cuz I was the only Asian face from that queue or.. Being a regular there but this might be the worst,weird and upset experience I met. Make sure the way you talk to the customers properly as no one wanna be treated as a potential thief. Thank you!
