Fantastic service and wide array of products. Very reasonably priced. Anytime I walk into the store, the staff are always pleasant and helpful, especially when I'm looking for a specific product or have questions. They also have a nice range of specialty and gift items.

I regularly use Blooms at Forestville and have always found Eric and his team to be very helpful, warm and friendly. Also, as an annual host of Girls Night In fundraisers, Eric has been very supportive and generous in donating gift packs for my raffle prizes.

The franchise has lost its way. Where, under Eric, it was always customer first, business practises have become reactive. After many years of excellent service the deterioration in terms of customer focus in the last couple of years has been unacceptable. The result? We have moved practices.

The chemist is not a doctor. If I'm buying over the counter medication I don't need a consultion. I was asked so many questions. This is not China we are in AustraliaThe Asian chemist refused to sell Benedryl original to me for my son cough. I couldn't tell her if his cough was a wet or dry cough. What is going on with people
