Worst experience with them ever!!!so rude!!!

Highly don’t recommend this place! Ordered mother’s day flowers and to only get an email the night before at 8pm to be told that they have “sold out of some of the flowers” and that they could send an alternative or cancel. Of course being last minute I went with the alternative. Then today (Mother’s Day) I get another email saying that it can no longer be done. Called them and was put through to their supplier to try sort something out, to be spoken to rudely and told nothing could be done. Will never order flowers again through this place. What a joke!
