they sent me a message saying I might like to go to another provider as their prices were going up. Did some comparisons and stayed.every time I contact their customer service I get good, quick, professional, accurate help

I thought being Australian company it would be easy. But no, the invoices do not match the app invoices. I have found communication with the company can be a challenge as they only offer online chat(who seem to disappear if you move from the app to another app, so have your iPad or laptop open as well) or call back within 7 days.. so if you want to chat with them regarding a bill, have patience it will not be sorted out immediately. I will not be using this company again due to my experience with their service .

These guys were top notch when we were with them. The fact that they recommended we move to another supplier when the prices skyrocketed is testament to their customer service. I would go back when things settle down.

Very easy to use the website and sign up online. They also genuinely care about their customers - I've never seen another business tell customers to change providers so they can continue to get the best possible value. I already had a high opinion of their service but this is completely next level. Will definitely return in the future. Thank you!

I switched over to this company last year, after doing an online comparison via the Victorian government tool. Service and prices have been terrific. I am very happy with my switch. Today, I was given a refer-a-friend discount retrospectively. I had not remembered at the time my family member joined ReAmped that I could refer and save but, when I asked, they credited my account and my family member's anyway. What a cool company!

ReAmped energy is great if you never have to contact them with issues.However I have use their live chat where I was trying to sort an issue which was annoying for me and made worse by having someone that was immature on the other end due to chats having no tone which would of convey a different meaning from both parties.The other issue is their callback service which seems to be useless beyond belief as they will not call you back. They will email you which is a waste of time as issues could be sorted quicker if the company would just callback when requested.These reasons plus a couple of others are why I have changed provider.

We’ve been customers of ReAmped for a long time and found them to be an exceptional retailer. They’re extremely easy to deal with, offer excellent energy prices (until recently - but at no fault of theirs) and the most honest company we’ve had the pleasure of dealing with.Unfortunately, due to the recent rise in energy prices we’ve had to move to another retailer, but rest assured this move is only temporary. Once this crisis is over and the prices settle down we’ll be back within a heart beat.Amazingly, it was ReAmped themselves who advised us (virtually forced us) to change retailers as they knew they were unable to compete in the market while prices were rapidly rising. They advised us that as a small retailer they didn’t have any choice but to raise their prices (to levels higher than the big retailers) and gave us ample warning, multiple times, to change to another retailer before that happened. They sent text messages, emails and even wrote to us by mail urging us to move to another retailer immediately. Wow, completely unbelievable when they could have kept us as customers and said nothing, then charged us exorbitant prices.They’re an absolute gem in this sham of a privately operated energy market. Our preference will always be to have all aspects of electricity provision being provided by government, but as privatisation has forced us no choice but to engage with the private sector, ReAmped is by far the best we’ve experienced.We wish you and your employees well during your hiatus and hope you’re able to survive long enough to enable us to return some time in the future. We sincerely thank you and can only hope other companies learn from your excellence.

I had to update my account to allow payments from my new credit card. I used the online chat system to speak with a ReAmped customer service person. On each occasion I found them to be excellent and my issue easily and quickly handled. Thank you. I feel that many companies could learn a lot by having such a online chat service such as ReAmped.

Good service while I was with them. They advised me to change energy providers. I changed to origin energy. I am getting a much better deal with origin when you take into account the bonus rewards point with the $100 refer a friend and extra savings with origin spike. I would consider joining up again when they take on new customers.

Absolute scam of an energy company! Don’t go with them.. they’ve taken a bill payment, said I haven’t paid even after sending them proof from my bank. And the taking the amount out from my acc a second time. Won’t call even though I’ve put in call back requests and just keep saying finance dept can’t find it. absolute joke of a company
