The shop has plenty of items, very good. But the staff (especially cashier at front) are always not friendly, no effort, have no idea and not trained in customer service. Don't put your staff in facing customer if they do not know how to deal with customer. They are just pushing away your customers not to come back.

I don't know, every time I have been there I struggle to find an aspect that I love, and am pretty consistently disappointed. It is no single staff member's fault, just collectively a difficult or unhappy feel. I am sorry for any staff members working there as conditions seem to have dampened your spirit. I struggle to understand where the fault lies but it seems like a really hard place to work. Is it a horrible customer base that does it? Is every crafting customer a Karen?

Spotlight Albert Park has alot of great inventory and many items to make your house sparkle with great sales, unfortunately not enough staff to help you navigate the stores layout. Recommended for 100% having really good discount / sales!

Absolutely waste of time, staff not helpful. Went to buy Sherpa blanket which was on sale, on counter I was asked to pay full payment as I wasn’t vip member, requested if I could be member now and discount will apply but cashier said no it wouldn’t apply today even after I became member now.Had returned back home, I did online membership and got the items straight away on sale price same time period. Better do online rather than visiting in store.

Had been looking for a floor rug for months & found just what I was after. I was also delighted to find bamboo/cotton sheet sets at really good prices. Staff members were very helpful & friendly. Definitely going back!

I mean, it's a Spotlight craft store...Detail? I can provide some.Positives:- Plenty of items to choose from, as one would expect from a Spotlight.- Staff were friendly.- I am partial to a well stocked cookware section.- prices were reasonable.Unfortunately, negatives:- I came in with someone in a wheelchair and the aisles were extremely tight and cluttered. This made manoeuvring extremely difficult. I understand they need to put a lot of stuff into one small space, but this made shopping there difficult.- parking was a little limited.All in all, it was good enough, but if there was a feasible way to address the accessibility issue, that would be good.
