This is such a lovely park that is nestled on the corner of Dampier St. There are abundant covered tables for a picnic with a large space net for the kids. A basketball court, playground and footy poles are also present with nice large walkways perfect for walking with a pram.The North Shore Park Run trail also runs through this park and there are a number of concrete carparks available at the edges of the park so there is no risk of getting your car bogged during wet weather.This park does fine for normal rain, but during very heavy rain, give it a miss as the fields are below the road height and do get flooded.All in all, it's a great place to go outdoors with the kids and enjoy a nice picnic.
