We have been a regular customer of Ed and I had 2 very old laptops that he refurbished for me that was super slow and was amazed for how fast it had been. All technical issues I had he is always very helpful and always has a solution that is more cost effective. He is very patient in explaining on the phone if I get stuck in the computer and will guide you through. I highly recommend Ed for his very impressive service and his price is very affordable to everyone.

My MacBook one day wouldn't load even after multiple reboots. I contacted Ed and sent him photos, he walked me through to diagnose the issue and he narrowed it down really quickly. All this in just a phonecall without even having to physically be here! Amazing! He immediately found the best rated inexpensive supplier and sent me a link to order the replacement part. Got my laptop all working like normal now! I highly recommend Ed for quick, reliable, high quality and inexpensive services!
