Fur Mum Pet Care

My Fur Baby Vinnie goes to Daycare once a week, we don’t say the D word unless it’s actually Daycare Day. He knows where we are going and starts talking when we get to lights, when we pull up he doesn’t even wait for the door to open before he is in my seat itching to get to his friends. Takes about 3 days for his energy to come back to normal. His enthusiasm says it all, Fur Mum is his favourite. Loves his Daycare Mums ☺️

Floyd has been going to Fur-Mum for over 3.5 years, weekly for daycare, as a boarder for several weeks at a time when we have taken an overseas holiday and for grooming services. Floyd is always excited to see Jen, Sharne, Holli and the rest of the team and comes home for a big sleep every time. The grooming is the best we have experienced in Townsville, as Floyd is a miniature Schnauzer and he is clipped perfectly every time. Sadly we are saying goodbye to the Fur-Mum team as we are relocating interstate. We know we are going to be hard pressed to find such a wonderful service with such a wonderful team.

We take our little Dashound Ollie here every Wednesday and he absolutely loves it. Every time we drop him off he’s super excited to see the girls and jumps into their arms. Highly recommend this place. It’s our little puppy’s second home and we feel completely comfortable and trusting to leave him there for the day or as an overnight stay when we go on holiday. My cavalier went to this daycare for one year before we had to move away from Townsville. He always left the car excited when I dropped him off in the mornings and came back happy. Would highly recommend this daycare for small dogs as mine had not been happier before that elsewhere.

Phil gets so excited every time he realises it’s a day care day! He loves Jen and the girls and always comes home tuckered out from a great day!!

Fur-mum pet care has been great for my pups! They have so much fun when they go to see their furry friends and come back exhausted after a massive day of fun. The girls take such good care of our little fur babies. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great doggy daycare!!!

Poor communication (couldn’t be bothered returning phone call or online inquiry), finding information on your website was pointless , little to no feedback during stay. Obviously preferential treatment given to regular / returning clients. Will not be using this service in the future. Extremely dissatisfied.

It’s hard to find someone who will look after your pet like you do but Jen goes the extra yard to make sure your little fur ball is happy and comfortable when your away. It’s nice to have peace of mind knowing that your pets are in great hands.

Our boy Donnie has been going to daycare weekly now for four months and he just loves it..and so do we. He hears the van pull up outside the house in the morning and jumps into Pauline's arms, snuggles into her neck for a cuddle and waves us goodbye as he settles in with his other doggo mates for the day.I just love the photo updates of his day on Facebook and can see just how much fun they've all had. He comes home absolutely exhausted and I know that he's had the best day ever.....every single week. We were especially blown away by the Halloween Day Care professional" photo gift. Such a cute surprise!Recently he's had to board for a few nights while I went away for work and I was the one with the separation anxiety but I was comforted with the fact that he was with his pack and had 100% confidence that he would be loved and looked after just like home by Jen and her team. I'm sure he was living his best life.I would highly recommend Fur Mum to everyone and Donnie
