Kwik Bins

Worst bin company I have ever used. Wouldn’t put the bin were I asked, asked me to help them move a heavy bin because it’s to hard to move it with the truck. The staff were the rudest I’ve ever come across and once I said that to them they said the don’t care. Also unpack some of the rubbish and left it in my driveway even though the bin had room in it. Stay away. So many better companies out there that deserve your money.

Worst bin company in Melbourne. Turned up 5 hrs late. Tried to fix it for me but there poor administration just couldn't work it out. Absolutely terrible don't use them.

Having recently moved, having so much stuff we needed to throw out at the same time as having our gardens manicured required us to find a company with a huge skip bin at a reasonable price. I was overwhelmed at how difference the costs are from company to company.We ended up booking with another company but it was on the morning they called to say they weren’t able to deliver till the next day so we anxiously reached out to the wonderful team at Kwikbins.It was here we spoke with Queen Emily. The only title I can think of for this amazing employee. Not only did she have a skip organised within a couple of hours she still honoured the price of the previous company.Emily is an absolute delight to deal with and I hope the company appreciate the amazing employee they have.Previous skip bookings wiry other companies have seen them break property trying to manouvre Skip’s, late arrivals and a myriad of other issues but Kwikbins ticked all the boxes for a 100% hassle free experience.I will definitely use them again. Hopefully not too soon as I’m still traumatised from the last move.Cannot recommend them enough. 10/10. 5 stars.Thanks Emily and the team for restoring our faith in the industry.

Hired a skip bin recently and the boys delivered it on the same day, within 60 minutes, and picked up when promised. I had to make them wait due to restricted access on my driveway, and nothing was too much for them. The guys had a smile on the face all the time.
