Very friendly and helpful service both face to face and over the phone. Even though the outcome for my car wasn't good, they accommodated time on a Saturday morning for me to collect the balance of things before my car was to be towed away as a write off.

My repair was relatively small. Am happy with the finish. Bella is freindly and helpful. unfortunately staff member in crash shop told me he would get another badge to replace one placed incorrectly haven't heard back so will not return in future
