Got there at 5:50pm and they didn't even take my order until 6:10pm. Staff just ignored us and kept packing menu logs, wouldn't acknowledge us or take orders until a few people began being quite loud about being ignored.

If some staff worried more about their job and not about singing or trying to flip a water bottle maybe I’d give it 2 stars….Food was made poorly, lettuce didn’t look fresh at all & I wouldn’t be surprised if one was to get food poisoning. NEVER AGAIN.

16/1/23 (2:50pm) I ordered my food, they gave my food after 30min. I thought some times it happens, but food is cold that I can’t even eat( chips, gravy, burgers) I am happy that my drink is cold enough. Worst experience

It's fast food so it's never going to get 5 stars but as far as KFC goes, this has been a good one. I have been here on multiple occasions now and they have supported my emotional needs to the best of their abilities. Their food is always to a good standard, the wait time is short and their shoulders soft if you need to have a cry upon them. They got me through some rough times this year and I am thankful to them

Being generous and giving 3 stars otherwise it was the worst fast food I have ever had I went out with friends to get some quick and nice food but it was a disappointment the chips were soggy and cold, the wrap was cold and wasn’t tasty at all, just ate it so it doesn’t go to waste, my friends also were very sad about our order

Worst experience I have hands down ever had at a takeaway store, I’m from Victoria and have never seen anyone act like this here, a girl of the name ruby was denying people of basic human human rights such as going to the toilet, quite literally screaming/yelling at colleagues in front of the customers, I used to work at kfc in Ballarat and not a single thing that happened in this store would be acceptable where I used to work, there was no manager present, no one had name tags or hair nets on, we paid $65 ish dollars for 4 tenders combos and waited over 45 minutes even though there was 2 other customers with little orders and 2 menu log drivers, one of which had told me he’d been there 4 times that night and each time he had waited over 30 minutes for food, overall I’m absolutely disgusted with the service and the way some of the poor staff were being spoken to! Biggest thumbs down

Poor service from the staff here. No acknowledgment to me at the counter after the person in front of me was served. I waited 10 mins and nothing before I ordered on the app. I went In store as there was a line up in the car park for drive through. The lady behind me waited at least another 10 mins or more before being served. Not once was anyone acknowledged that there were people waiting. A simple ‘we’ll be with you shortly’ or something like that.

The time was shorter leaving going round the corner to McDonalds ordering and actually receiving said order than it was waiting at the counter just to order here. I mean it too, I am wearing a fob all I have to do is glance down to check the time. All I wanted was chicken nuggets and chips, something quick because I was staving.This is not the first instance of moving too slow, I for one am not impressed so much so I am actually putting effort to post a review.TL:DR Get Pizza instead, it's faster.

Zinger looks in photos vs Zinger I get every time. It’s not fresh and tasty. Happening consistently for couple of time. Please fix this or replace your photo on display with what you serve.

Ordered online he was rude and snappy he was eating food that he dropped on counter in front of customers I asked him why all my food was stuffed in one box because they were all different meals and then he said oh my bad then fixed it forgot my drink I went back in for it gave me the wrong one and was really rude definitely don't recommend going back there again if he's working
