Living at City Water having just started our Second Year, still Very Very Happy with our choice. Yesterday the Body Corp . installed our new Shutters on our Patio, they are, TOP Quality, Look Excellent, Close and Open so Easily, Lock Top and Bottom, Stay in Place, Cleanable, Great Colour . The Apartment look so much BETTER with them. Thank You to the Wonderful Guys who installed them from A & B Lattice World & Patios, Cairns, TOP JOB, LOVE THE QUALITY. Pam Tyler

Beware of the property managers, the are dodgy and will try and steal your bond when you leave. Even after its clearly stated in the entry report.

Excellent location, beautiful pool and amenities

It has now been 1 year since we purchased our Sky Villa (Townhouse) at City Waters, Woree. When we moved in I was a little concerned about all the bad comments that were floating around at the time. Our apartment is spacious and nice to move about in. We have a wonderful view of Gordon Creek now flowing with the rain, the bird life on Gordon Creek is amazing. The complex is quiet, very very well maintained, great pools, good relaxing areas around the pools, a nice garden, great gym, and much more. The Management is Excellent, approachable, keeps the place clean and well maintained with the help of a maintenance guy who is very hard working. Could go on but won't all I want to say is all those stories are simply not true, our Sky Villa is just magic and our life is better for living here. Brian and Pam Tyler
