DON'T EVER SHOP IN THERE! My toddler had a temperature and my husband bought children's panadol from this shop. It was already expired of its use by date. Absolutely disgusting! It's medication to be used on children. Would give no stars if there is an option.

Went in with my wife and son for a Covid booster shot today. Staff were friendly, courteous and answered all our questions. Highly recommended.

Avoid this place if you want to take Covid-19 shots. Unprofessional and rude. Took my parents to take the booster shots yesterday and took 1 hour for the pharmacist to finish the shots. At the end, the staff was even unable to find the injection spot to put the band-aids for my mum and my mum felt really painful afterwards which she had never experienced before with her other jabs. Also the pharmacist refused to give booster shots to me and my husband even though the government now gave the options for over 30 to get the winter boost. She even told me you already had 3 shots that’s enough to protect you unless you have cancer or are travelling tomorrow then I will give you the shots today! In the end we successfully had our winter booster shots with our GP on the same day! Avoid this place, it’s a joke, the pharmacist is unbelievably unprofessional and cannot even do her job properly!

It is an okay pharmacy considering it is opened by Chinese people, has some convenient addition features such as being able to ship item to China directly in the shop and one use masks sold separately for about 50 cents each.But unfortunately as an overall pharmacy it is not that good. The place is a bit cramped, but that is forgive-able since the place is small. A bit of rearrangement of stands might have done the trick. Prices are definitely not the cheapest you can get on the market. The shipping services is also a bit lacking. Their attendant is friendly and nice but very sadly did not inform me of the shipping rules of various shipping company (other similar shipping company will do so), which I as a first time shipper ended up having to repackage at a later date with extra costs which could well have been avoided. It probably will remain as a secondary option on my to-go-to pharmacies, at least until they up their game.

Like so many community pharmacies thr team here is doing a fantastic job in delivering Covid vax. Friendly, supportive and patient with customers and managing despite the difficulties created by policy failures. Thank you!

great attitude! i love the good amount of space it feels so spacious. the management is very respectful and polite!

Although the workers here seem to know what they are doing sadly it does come with a side of a sarcastic attitude. I went there to get my medication for the first time and after receiving it at the first desk I was then told to go to the second desk at the front of the store. The girl was there was quite young and seemed somewhat frustrated having to explain it to me. Once arriving at the second desk however I had told the next young lady that I wasn't entirely sure what to do so I gave her the medicine to scan through and when she gave it back she said It wasn't that hard" in a sarcastic tone which I did not appreciate. I won't be going back here as these young ladies seem to have an attitude problem!"
