Usually good. But last tym, we got catfish and the fish was smelly. Tried returning but got to the store after closing hours. Ended up throwing away my purchase.

That is amazing seafood shop.

Good prices and service, food is fresh most of the time

Last Sunday I had a worst experience ever, I bought Blue Grenadier and Flake and were off, all my house after I opened the bags smell badly for hours. You shouldn't do that to any of your customer, I know that cost too much to throughout off fish but you have to choose quality or customer, profit or waste!

If you want to buy flies instead of fish then go ahead. Walked in with my mum to buy fish for dinner and regretted it!! All the fish was covered in big flies, there was worms on one of the fishes. After I told one of the workers that there is flies all over in the freezer on the fish , she got the hose and flushed it all off with water. This is ridiculous and disgusting. This shop should be shut down.

Great place to buy seafood if you want to avoid the rush at Preston Market. Large range of selection available. Expensive than Preston Market. Great service.

We bought Fresh Australian Red Snapper from this shop. The female salesperson drove me insane because she couldn't understand simple English language related to fish preparation. Even when using sign language there was no use. I had to repeat myself 5 times for her come later asking me if I want to get the fish cleaned. I lost my mind...As for the Red Snapper, after being cooked by my wife who has been cooking fish for over 40 years, we could not eat it. The meat was harder than rubber and even sharp knives struggled to get through it... We were unable to chew it. The cooked fish ended being thrown in the garbage bin. Lost $26 and cooking time on a rubber fish.

Bought fish from this fish store. Came home to realise the fish was smelly with bad odour and 70 dollars of purchase straight to rubbish bin.Used to be good a few months ago.

Worst muscles ever. I wanted to shop local and saw good reviews for this place. I bought 2kg for a special New Years dinner, I made a beautiful garlic tomato sauce and discovered the muscles had obviously been frozen dead, they were just awful and I threw them all out. I should have examined them before I left the shop as they were all partly open which can happen with freezing them. They didn’t open much more after cooking them. They were stringy and stuck to the shells, I’ve prepared muscles a hundred times and will probably cook them another 100 however I will never return to this shop again.

Fresh seafood at reasonable prices. I often buy muscles, prawns and oysters - always fresh. The staff always have smiles on their faces. Recommended.
