After searching high & low for Dinning Chairs, I discovered this most FABULOUS shop in Windsor. Dean was helpful, knowledgeable and patient! Price was very competitive and a lot of his furniture is locally made. Will definitely shop here again

great customer service. I have multiple items from this store and I couldn't be happier with them all. It is so nice that most things can be customised . I made a major rookie mistake with my couch size but Dean figured out a way to make it work. The couch is very comfy. My cullen chair is as well .As for my kitchen dining bench and chairs, I smile every time I see it and it has been close to 12 months since I bought it. Thanks Dean. If I have room for more furniture I will be back. :)

I had an amazing experience with this store from initial browse, through each consultation (and many, many changes of my mind!) to final delivery. Dean goes above and beyond and he is one of the most knowledgable in the business. My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with the two pieces we received and they absolutely match the vision I had for them. The quality of the final product is utterly unmatched by anything I have seen in the many many months of trawling through both high end design boutiques and high street chains to find the right pieces. I can't recommend this place enough.

Extremely happy customer, highly recommend !We were unable to find the dining table we wanted when we found Dean at Home Concepts who was amazing . He has years of experience & patiently helped us design our table, choose the shape, legs, finish, wood etc . When we had it delivered it was even better than we hoped ! It was perfect for our space, was finished on time & delivered to our beach house seamlessly . We are thrilled & will definitely use them again.

We ordered a marble top coffee table, and when making the sale they told us 2 weeks for delivery to the shop but instead it took 7 weeks. The reason being that they received more orders so they had to wait. Couldn't they just ship what they had? Obviously cost cutting without thinking about customer experience. No discount was offered for the lateness and we were told that it was in the terms and conditions yet these were not part of a statement we agreed to, simply stapled to our receipt after we paid the deposit. I was considering going back for a couch when we were ready but will definitely not be giving anymore of my money to this business.

Bought my lounge and coffee table from these guys - both great quality. Originally my lounge was delivered and couldn't fit in the apartment; as stated in the T&C's they aren't liable in any way and they could have just left me hanging. Instead they took the lounge in storage for me for 8 weeks while I moved to a new house. Great service every time I've called and was good with the pricing. Would recommend and buy furniture from here in future!

I shopped around town to furnish my new apartment and Home Concepts had the best range to suit my style. I priced the same items from a few different stores and they were by far the best price. The customer service and design advice they provided was the best I've experienced!
