Very painful felt like I was being hammered with a rolling pin. Feel bruised but no bruising, still sore the following day. Will not be returning

Yeah pretty disappointing. Not very relaxing or effective at all :(The receptionist also wasn't at reception when I went to pay. When I went looking for her she was fixing her face in the mirror at the end of the passageway.One of the massage ladies had to tell her to serve me, even then, she still just casually strolled up to reception, no urgency or apology.I should have believed the other reviews and spent my hard earned $$ elsewhere.Obviously the owner of this establishment only cares about making money and not customer satisfaction, as it is apparent this poor service has happened numerous times before and sadly has not improved.

First experience was awesome. And I bought a voucher again and went their found it its not great second time.Same massage package is different with person who is looking after you. Some are real professional and some don’t do job properly. Also, foot spa is useless.

Absolutely TERRIBLE from start to finish.The masseuse was chatting to another staff member when she should have been focusing on massaging me. The massage was very weak and I don't think she really knew what she was doing, which was scary. After the massage I spoke to the owner, who disappointingly didn't seem interested at all in my feedback, just my money.I tried another Massage place at Arndale the following week, Ming Magic Hands, near Coles, and it was far a superior massage, with no constant chatting between staff members when massaging me, so it was peaceful too.Note: I give honest, fair reviews, I'm not interested in giving good reviews when unwarranted or to gain favour with the business. I have had many who have agreed with my assessments of businesses and unfortunately CHI don't like honest feedback if it's about them.

Terrible!! Worst experience ever. They have no clue what they are doing. Kept talking to each other throughout. Foot massage was just constant deep painful pressure in every area of foot. She didnt listen to my request to reduce pressure. One day later, I am suffering from severe foot ache. They should be sued and closed down. A bunch of thugs!

First time was good, but second time is another Young short hair lady, I chose whole body massage, and told her - My up back and lag fell tight, but she don’t reduce my pain, she just pock my shoulder at one point over 5 min....then pock another point 5 min again...

I ask for a particular masseuse by name and even showed them the CARD with her NAME on it....so impossible for me to have asked for the wrong person or to have it lost in translation. The receptionist said yes, THE PERSON ON THE CARD was available and so I thought all was in order. However during the massage I noticed it was different pressure and style to what the masseuse had done before.When massage was finished the masseuse tried to quickly leave but I saw her face and it was a completely different person to whom I had asked for.I should have stopped the treatment but I initially thought the masseuse I asked for was just having an off day.So very deceitful receptionist and not a place to be trusted in my opinion.The Manager unfortunately doesn't focus on customer service and finds excuses for poor service. She is backing up her friend and tries to blame customer for misunderstanding.I can see numerous other reviews that weren't happy with receptionist but Chi doesn't seem to care and so she continues to treat customers poorly.The store owner surely should be concerned about this but doesn't appear to care as she has dismissed similar feedback from other reviews I've seen.So I would recommend you go elsewhere and not be tricked and deceived.Magic hands Massage Arndale are so much better and doesn't lie to get business.

Worst massage I’ve ever had. Burnt me with the hot stones, then used oil on my back only. Pounded me with her elbows the whole time didn’t even rub with her hands, dug her nails into my head and didn’t even massage my feet when sign states ‘Whole Body Massage’ which is false advertisement. Had no idea what massage means. Never had an experience like it.

Not a very good massage but to make matters worse, an obnoxiously rude girl at reception. She should spend less time on her mobile and more time being attentive to customers. When she finally attended to me she was flippant and condescending.Will try the other massage place near Foodland as I've heard good things about it. I should have gone there in the first place but I was getting Fruit and Vegetables next to Chi so I thought I'd try them....big mistake!Many other poor reviews tell the true situation, the franchise owner does not listen to clients and rewards poor customer service. Perhaps the receptionist is the actual franchise owner and that's why the poor behaviour hasn't changed.....makes sense.1 STAR because I can't give a 0.
