5 weeks ago, I purchased the most beautiful bunch of lisianthus flowers, that after water changes lasted in perfect condition the whole time, I am only just putting them in my compost.B and M have the most perfect flowers and supply the beautiful Oatley Bay candles!

Local flowers shop with a good variety of flowers, gifts and plants. Ready made bouquets available for around $75 and flowers can be made to order. The packaging is very lovely.

I placed two orders for floral deliveries last week for a patient in St George Private Hospital. The flowers were even more beautiful than the pictures and more unique than all other florists which is why I chose to order from them. Orders were processed fast and delivered the same day. Exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

I am please to record that after some emails with the owner of the business she responded to my complaint and made a refund to me.my faith in this business has been restored as previous dealings were much better.First ReviewI ordered flowers early on Friday 26 August to be delivered the following day for the recipient's birthday. the delivery address was 5 kms away from the shop and the home phone number of the recipient was given as part of the order.when the flowers were not delivered I emailed this business on the morning of Monday 29 August pointing out that the delivery had not been made on the 27th and asking for a refund.Without any response or contact the flowers were delivered later that day.Delivering them 48 hours late was not appropriate and a refund should have been issued as requested.Despite a follow up email the business operator refuses to respond to my complaint.I have used this florist before but never again as a result of this expereience.Others might need to take note.

A shame to give a 1 star review to our local florist that my partner uses all the time, but they've let me down on my bridal flowers.We traveled from The Rocks to come here as it’s the only place we have purchased flowers from in the past - NEVER again.I’m not sure how a florist cannot accommodate a small bunch of flowers to be made on the same day? (Thursday at 11am).Approached by someone who then walked off half way through me explaining I’m getting married and need a small bunch of flowers only for myself. To then be asked by a man what it is I need, as soon as I explain a small bunch of flowers only for myself to take to my elopement the next day as a photo prop.All other staff in the background get involved shouting they are too busy with couriers, pick ups, weddings, funerals, engagements etc?? Not exactly what I had asked them?I’ve read the other negative reviews, I agree with them. This store doesn’t know what manners / customer service is.A simple ‘no, sorry we can’t accommodate’ would have been fine.I’m still shocked at how we were treated. Rude.

What can I say, there are florists, and then you find a florist like B & M. These guys were so friendly, understood what I needed and within my price range. Within 5 minutes they created a beautiful get well box. Flowers are all fresh (trust me not all florists sell fresh flowers). I couldn't believe the Vue for money considering they are a boutique florist. I know the cost of flowers have sky rocketed since covid. I will be back for any flowers in the future. They also have lots of other great gifts for sale. Highly recommend. Support local businesses. You get what you pay for. My friend who is unwell was so happy with this beautiful arrangement. Thanks so much

I recently went to this very beautiful shop and I have to say that I received by far the most professional service, Maria and the girls that work there are lovely and made sure that all my needs were met. I had asked for a bouquet but then changed my mind twice and they were still happy to serve me with enthusiasm.After I had received my flowers, I was so impressed with the quantity and quality ! I still have them in my living room looking healthy and happy.Thanks B&M florist ! Highly recommend whenever you’re looking for professional services as well as detail in products and services.

RUN!!!Shockingly terrible customer service.The owner is incredibly rude and abrupt and when i pointed out that one of the roses in the $150 bouquet i wanted to buy looked to be sub par quality (white rose with wilting yellowed petals,etc) and asked if they could please change it, she refused. She said they don’t touch the bouquet once its made.I tried to ask for a fresh bouquet in the exact same design to be made and the owner told me it would cost alot more because they would need to charge me for all 5 of the kale in a bunch instead of the 2 they put in the bouquet, and same for all the other flowers, and made out like it was a hassle.I then saw another arrangement i was interested in purchasing but was quickly told “oh that’s sold and anyway that’s $400” …..and? Quite presumptuous to assume i couldn’t/didn’t want to spend that much.2.5 years ago i spent $600 at this same florist on flowers for my daughter’s christening (they were closest to the venue) and i got the same terrible service.I promised myself i would never go back there after the last experience and so for the past 2.5 years had been ordering all my flowers from Tulipanna in Bondi, Summers Floral in Woollahra and Grandiflora in Elizabeth Bay. However i needed last minute flowers while in the area. My mistake.I have never encountered a business owner with such a lack of decorum and refuse to support that behaviour so i will never be returning.
