An incredibly fun class led by a super supportive and talented team. Definitely the highlight of my week. I love how the time flies as I'm grooving to all my favourite Bollywood classics and new jams whilst working up a real sweat. I've fallen in love with dance again. Thank you guys!Highly recommended!

Bolly and soul has been an amazing discovery for me. I was gifted with two left feet and absolutely no dancing ability.Naturally, I was nervous to join the class, however, as soon as the music started I had the most fun dancing I have ever experienced.I feel very comfortable in this dance class. I always feel extremely welcome and finishing the dance class always adds an extra spring to my step for the rest of the weekend.I would highly recommend bolly and soul for anyone looking for some good exercise, good music with amazing people.

As someone from a non-dance background, the fact that their classes have become such an integral part of my week is a testament to just how great Bolly and Soul really is.The classes are incredibly fun and have really helped me work up a sweat while grooving along to both classic and modern Bollywood bangers. The packages B&S offer are quite reasonable and, whether you’re after an intense workout or learning some choreo - there’s something in it for everyone.All three instructors are genuinely sweet trained dancers who take the time to get to know you and your ability level. They've cultivated a really wholesome and vibrant dance/exercise community across both the Liverpool and Parramatta classes.These classes have become the weekly spring in my step and I can’t recommend these guys enough!
