Disgusting place, havent cleaned it for so long that people find maggots inside their food

My day wasn't any better than it would have been had I not bought this chilli thing. 3 stars because they got the job done. However I do love the apple walnut scrolls. Been eating them for 2 decades.

I buy the Hi Fibre white bread every week. Today I was in Neutral Bay for a hair cut and just grabbed a loaf there. I then had it for lunch and I was so appalled to find out that the bread was not fresh. It was definitely not made today but overnight leftover.The breads were stale and not fluffy. It was at least one day old or even two days old!This is unacceptable! I will never visit this store again. It is disappointing.6/4 today is the second day and I saw some suspicious mould on the bread! Now I know the bread is definitely stale and a few days old!! First time I experienced this with Bakers Delight. This store operator is really dodgy and unethical!

Fresh everyday out of the oven . Pleasant place to shop. Great customer service , fresh and yummy bread.

I hate to say it this time of the year, but persistently will try to slip in a hot Cross Bun that is a day or two old despite asking for today’s batch - I know what 2nd day bread taste and feels like! They would make the world a happier place if they signed up to food bank and gave yesterday’s left overs rather than deceive customers and get a poor rating.

I've noticed that when staff handle bread with tissue paper they carelessly sometimes touch the bread with their thumb or finger-tips. I've risked eating the rolls a couple of times, but now I don't shop at any Bakers Delight stores because this. Maybe tongs would be a better option?

Really unfriendly workers. They hate their jobs perhaps. Good bread though.

Went in early morning, 2 bakers in the shop. I'm waiting to get served. They looked at me but they just kept working. 2 mins past. 3 mins past. Nothing. Another staff walks into the shop asks me if I'm ok, I respond no I'm not ok
