This is a typical example where foreign workers don't work in a big country town I tried to exchange some paint because I got the wrong colour 4 dollar tinof paint so I told him they could stick it up where the sun don't shine and threw it on the floor side out make another $4 out of that can of paint plus the $4 I paid never never will I work shop in that shop ever again or recommend it to anybody else even bunnings would have exchanged it without a receipt

I agree with the other reviews, the staff are not friendly at all and at times quite rude at both the Highfields and Toowoomba store. I purchase stickers and toys for my paediatric patients. It doesn't take much to be courteous to people who are keeping a business open, but I would much prefer to purchase similar stickers, much cheaper at bigw or kmart, to avoid feeling like I've ruined someone's day by waiting patiently and getting them to put through my purchase and disrupt their vacuuming or stacking of shelves.

Young lady at customer service was horrible, followed me around the whole store and just had a bad attitude. Won’t be going back especially when she brings a bad vibe to such a good store.
