Been here for a few years and they are good when you got the right hairdresser.However they lack respect of customers’ time. Every time you have an appointment, you have to wait for at least 15 mins.

My first time there and I made an appointment but they had a walk-in customer so the hairdresser had to rush to cut my hair. He didn’t take much time to check on my hair and it tuned out to be uneven cut. Very disappointed so there will be no second time.
