Mr Emergency Plumbing Geelong

We contacted Cyber Plumbing service (who use Mr Emergency Plumbing) on Easter Monday as our hot water service was leaking. They were quick to respond but the service itself was absolutely terrible. They left huge scratches and divets on the concrete floor leading up to our front door, as they dragged the old water service outside. They also left two random gas/pipelines exposed in the flooring where the hot water service was removed, even though we were told there would be nothing left behind and the floor would have a flush surface. I lost track of how many times I called customer service but I know they never called me back once. We had a small reimbursement for the floor damage (not enough to cover damage costs however) but never had a resolution on the piping left behind - we just gave up calling in the end. Terrible customer service, avoid at all costs.
