I found the Derm Lab to be very informative, extremely knowledgeable about products and services, they are extremely professional and I felt super comfortable being there. Make sure you go to see Julia, I received a facial from her and I basically have been glowing for weeks. This has never happened before and I’m super impressed. I found Julia to be gentle, knowledgeable, informative, experienced, caring and ultimately I felt like I was in good hands. I cannot recommend Julia enough!!

I had a fantastic experience with Thalia and Dr. Sam at The Derm Lab! I needed a lot of guidance as to what to do for my skin post chemotherapy, and they were both amazing! I felt very supported and now feel like I can get my skin back into a much better place. I couldn't recommend highly enough!

I had my first consultation at the Derm Lab today with Julia for acne scarring. The environment at the clinic was very warm and welcoming. Julia was very patient and started the consultation with a series of questions to understand my skin history and goals better. She also thought that I would benefit from seeing a naturopath and referred me to a gut health specialist.The medical and skin history was followed by a cleanse and detailed analysis of my skin health.Overall, I have been extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend The Derm Lab

I was so rapt with my consultation with Julia at The Derm Lab. She was very warm and knowledgeable and I felt she really listened to my concerns and valued the elements of my current regime that I didn’t want to change. She put together a plan that combined my current lifestyle and regime with new treatments that will make the difference I am seeking. I’ve sought to get help from other skin clinics before and I left feeling like just another number, whereas I feel Julia really cares about going on this journey to fix my skin, with me. Had a skin consult with Julia, she was lovely. Very thorough and explained everything clearly and multiple options for skin care and treatments. I also had first tattoo removal with Mel, who was also great! Explained what was to be expected during and after care as well. All together, a great experience, very professional and down to earth. Julia was really lovely and very caring. She took a lot of interest to understand me and my skin and didn't just rush through but took her time and suggested, and undertook the most suitable procedures for me. My skin has been feeling good even 2 weeks later and my partner was impressed too, she even wanted to book in. Thanks Julia.

Have had multiple procedures at The Derm Lab over the last few years and each one has been an excellent experience. The staff can't do enough to make you feel welcome and at ease and are always happy to answer any questions I've had. Each procedure I've had here has genuinely been effective and the experience itself has always been great, and I feel lucky to have a place like this so relatively close to home! For real, this place is the only place to go for any aesthetic medicine if you're a Melburnian.

I had the most lovely experience with Mel last week, she was so thorough, kind and intuitive during my consult. I felt like I’d been wrapped in a warm hug and can’t wait to start my treatments this week. All of the staff I made contact with were friendly and knowledgeable and the products they recommended have been delicious so far! Highly recommend.
