Wow , wow , wow……. I’m visiting from another state & went with my Daughter-in-law & Grandkids. What a HUGE mistake!! Had to ask for the table to be cleaned off from the previous customer. The table was left soaking wet , so I … the customer …… dried it with clean tissues from my bag. So now the order …….my daughter-in-law ordered Eggs Benedict ( her favourite ) only to be brought eggs you could bounce off the wall & asked for them to be redone. This WAS done and a vast improvement. Then granddaughter ordered the burger with chips & was lucky to get 8 chips on her plate. My grandson ordered the “ rain bow “ pancakes ……. REALLY ….. he received 3 little piklets & a small scoop of ice cream with a few 100s & 1000s sprinkled on top . My flat what looked like an ordinary toasted sandwich had weird looking “chicken”. I haven’t seen my family for a long time so my daughter-in-law surprised me and shouted us all the lunch “ treat “ when I found out she’d paid just over $90 !!!! I was absolutely horrified. Shame on you Coffee Club Morayfield QLD . Save your hard earned money people!!!! Take it somewhere where you are treated as a valued customer .

Having lunch here today, was extremely disappointing! The food took an excessive amount of time to be served and when it arrived it was cold. It was inedible! The staff didn't seem to care or take any responsibility. We will definitely not be coming back again. Management should take a good look at the staff behaviour and the food that is served at this venue!

I got really annoyed when I ordered on uber eats and I asked for a citrus tart and they didn't have any so without consulting me they just decided to give me a custard tart. I hate custard. I have worked at the coffee club burpengary for 4 years and whenever we ran out of something we made sure to immediately update the uber app so customers wouldn't be able to order something that we don't have and in the few times that it did happen where someone ordered something that we ran out of we made sure to call the customer up and ask them if they would like anything else as a substitute or if they would like to be refunded. I call the coffee club after receiving the custard tart and the girl on the phone was rude and useless, she knew nothing about the uber eats app and didn't even bother trying to compensate me

We often go to coffee club and order the flat bread , 1 meal to share between 2 , so on 2 plates . At most coffee clubs they actually put it on the 2 plates or at least divide the meal into halves . This one they just gave us the extra plate and the flat bread was cut into 3. Much harder to divide 3 into a meal for 2. Meal tasted great but it’s just weird how every coffee club does it different

I wish I could give this place more than 1 star but it needs a Zero on the rating scale. Second try at this store - was told it will be 30mins for melas - my son , partner and my self . Drinks came out first - partners milkshake was fine - my sons hot chocolate was not heated warm it was like just borderline . I asked the staff to Re do it - when I asked her she rolled her eyes at me …. MealsCame out —- the avocado I had on sourdough was tough as nails - seeing the coffee club won’t smash it for you etc you have to pay more and still do it ya self — it was rock solid ….My drink came out - but it was wrong - they took it back - then was told my drink was spilt ..-and I’m getting anew one - never came . After we finished I went to the counter and asked for a refund - the young girl who looked like she was in training asked for help - the lady asked me who was making the coffees asked me what was wrong etc and she was very apologetic- I guess the only good part of the experience eh * … I got a refund - I don’t wasn’t rude or cranky just didn’t appreciate eyes being rolled at me etc def won’t be coming back again for round 3 .Maybe all the the other reviews etc and negative experiences should be taken to head office .I might actually tell them myself .

How unbelievably disappointing.My mum ordered a milkshake on soy for my son, after checking whether their chocolate flavour contained dairy she opted for strawberry to be safe. When the shake arrived I confirmed it was on soy.My son accidentally spilt it, but thank god because we noticed it contained ice cream.... Now had the staff apologised, and maybe even checked if my son was ok I could forgive the mistake, but we were immediately made to be at fault by multiple people including the manager, with statements likeYou didn't specifically state dairy free" "you didn't ask for no ice cream"

Don't waste your time.....2 eggs benny, never ever before have I had my egg hard boiled for eggs benny let alone both of my serving and both of my sisters eggs. They also explained that they had no mushrooms as well as no pancakes. My mum ordered the chicken flat grill, they have replaced the actual chicken with deli meat chicken loaf. Noone at any point told us the quality would be so low as they substitute ingredients" also not sure why they couldn't use actual chicken or purchase mushrooms

Red haired girl with fake lashes refused to make my coffee and just folded cutlery. When I asked her to make it after waiting for 5 mins watching her do nothing, she says she will" and points at the large girl. Who also refused to make my coffee saying the milk was heating up. All the while chatting with red head. Asked for my money back

A bit disappointed that there were some things from the menu not available and the table service left a lot to be desired. I understand that there are busy times, but some training might be of use on how to bring cutlery to the table. Not to plonk them down without thought or care. No napkins. Tables not cleaned between customers.Coffee was lovely
