Sold me a motor told was tested and good to go . Installed motor spent allot of money to find the motor was shot...Took about 3mths to get money back after mentioning consumer affairs..beware

I would use this company again.My first contact, Albert, salesman, needs training in customer relations.The owner Sam is a decent bloke, so is the delivery driver.Albert was not delivering on what he promised in terms of, Invoicing, despatching, tracking and proof of km's on the engine I purchased.Sam called me after I took action via my bank and restored my confidence in the company. I found Sam to be easily contactable and amicable. He sorted out my problem.The engine I purchased is now in my vehicle and running well.My suggestion is to not take anything the salesman has to say at face value and dot your i's and cross your t's before transferring any money.

Didn't buy anything but got a price for some second hand injector lines.$450 + Gst...They are $62 Each New from Mitsubishi. X4 = $248 and a bit of a wait.Bassically paying double the price for some second hand ones!When I said that I got a We paid to much for the car at auction"So not a mistake in pricing or part.Don't assume second hand parts are cheaper!"

Had to chase them up right from the start as they didn't turn up to collect our 4x4... Third time lucky. Then, chased them up 6 times before l finally got to the boss of the company for the agreed payment amount. This took 2 weeks. Wouldn't recommend this company for these reasons.

Went through their controversial system of leaving name and phone number, because they say they're short on staff and won't look for your 4×4 part while you're there. Ok fair enough...Recieved a call back confirming they have the part I had accurately described. Drove all the way back there and had to wait while they then remove the wrong part? Because according to them, customers don't come back? So apparently we're all tarred with the same brush...To avoid a repeat of their call back system, time and travel, I insisted on waiting while they checked availability of the very basic part I originally wanted, only to be told they don't have the correct part! I doubt their honesty too, it's a very common vehicle. Situations like this, unfortunately make it even harder to support local businesses.

They haven't called me back about an engine I need, I called them still had to wait to see if it was the right engine. Been waiting 5 days.

You can buy stuff brand new cheaper than there prices, dodgy

Good auto wreckers, I had a fine experience.The parts I ordered were not in the quoted quality however I was able to do an ok repair on them. Super fast shipping to Newcastle.I feel like the items were slightly overpriced but I still went with 4x4.3.5/5 would probably order from them again if needed.
