Ordered an on-going fortnightly clean, to cancel it on the first day due to the first clean being incomplete. So many spots in the house not cleaned. I was working at home and even said to the cleaner not to worry about my office (which was on the original quote) and the cleaner still didn't finish the other parts in the house. Cleaner said that her Vacuum was full and that she couldn't continue. Then said goodbye and proceeded to mop her way out the door by pouring product on the floor just where she was stepping, instead of mopping the whole house. The house wasn't even fully vacuumed...I told the owners son, who apparently is managing the business now, there was no compensation, just a thank you for using our services.Wouldn't use this company again.

Helen and her team are amazing! We had a huge clean before selling a large house and the Enviro team cleaned the place top to bottom.
