Mal and Kerry from Narellan Pools have been amazing to deal with!!!From choosing the pool, installation and afterwards with maintenance they have been so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Narellan Pools to anyone considering putting a pool in this summer!

Kerry and Mal could not have been more knowledgeable, upfront, helpful and professional with our pool install. I rarely complete a review for businesses I have had work conducted by however in this instance felt compelled to recommend these guys for anyone in Toowoomba and surrounds that maybe pondering on getting a pool. They were awesome to deal with.

Absolutely incredible from start to finish!Kerry was a dream with brainstorming and bringing our pool plans to life. Nothing was ever too much and both Mal & Kerry went above & beyond.Mal is an absolute legend. Amazing at what he does & an a massive wealth of knowledge all things pools. Mal is so genuine and when he says he will do something, he actually lives up to those promises!We couldn’t be more happy to have had the pleasure of the Toowoomba Narellan team construct our pool.Thanks so much Kerry & Mal!

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Narellan Pools Toowoomba's team. Mal and Kerry run a very professional outfit and we were totally stoked with their fast, smooth and efficient approach to their task of constructing our pool. Ben and his crew also amazed us with the speed and accuracy with which they completed their work on site. If poor weather hadn't slowed things a little, I firmly believe those guys would've had it done and dusted in three or four days. Amazing job, totally amazing pool...thanks Narellan!!!

We had our pool installed by Narallen Toowoomba last year. We were so impressed with Kerry & Mal & their team. Right from the first contact to handover they were professional, friendly, informative & gave us lots of help & advice. We were so impressed we had our pool in the ground with water in it by end of day 3! Such a professional & well oiled operation. Would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to put a pool in.

Only got one star because the review system will not allow a review without it. The entire process of our pool install was nothing more than dismal to say the least.From tearing out underground power lines when digging the hole, to the head installer arriving on site hungover with no workers and the sads on, to blatant disregard for safety whilst operating a crane under power lines and workers walking under a suspended load (being the pool shell).I was also verbally abused over the phone, and they refuse to talk on the phone. After sales service is non existant.What a joke of a company.I would let them install a fishpond.

From start to finish Kerry and Mal have been awesome. Kerry is super organised and knows her products well. She offered us ideas on where to save without compromising the quality or finish.Mal is old school and does things properly and doesn’t cut corners. He is honest and upfront and gives good practical advice on how to achieve the best outcome.Narellan Pools have gone above and beyond our expectations and we would happily recommend Kerry and Mal to anyone.

Narellan pools were FANTASTIC! The whole experience was excellent. From first contact, design to planning permission... all seamless and effortless. Once the crew got on site and started building... well, blink and you've missed it! Even the uncooperative weather (rain) didn't stop them signficiantly. I'd do it all again just to see the team at work. So professional and efficient!The pool looks even better than we imagined, and the team were great when interacting with other contractors.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Narellan pools!
