Not enough staff to assist customers and majority of the time no staff even on the floor. Wait times were crazy and even then the service was sub par. Even the manager didn’t have much of a care factor. Very disappointing.

My experience with BBQ galore was always good. Great friendly service, great advice, the only downside is the price. It is on the high side .. but great quality and good range of products all in one spot.

Had a warranty issue with a burner nearly 3 years old. Send an email and got an almost immediate response from Rosie. Picked up a new burner next day, no hassles. Thanks Rosie!

Such a disappointing shopping experience. We found the item we wanted on special. Your website said there were none in stock at our closest store on the Sunshine Coast, but that they were in stock at Caboolture. So we wasted our Boxing Day in the traffic on the Bruce, only to arrive and be told there were none in stock, but we can place an order for an expected delivery in Feb. The first guy we spoke to didn't even apologise. The second guy had much better customer service skills, but then went on to say that the website has been wrong for most stores for weeks. Not good enough Barbecues Galore. You need to do a much better job of supporting both your employees and your customers.

I’ve just bought a bbq, trolley and accessories. The bbq on trolley was on a good sale. In my 3 visits to the store, I dealt with 3 people who were great. The lady who served me when I made the purchase answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Customer service was excellent by all and I would highly recommend them.

Just bought 2 BBQs from Matt and female co worker .. beautiful transaction from the lady and had a battery issue in the car and Matt didn’t hesitate to jump start the car for us.. beautiful staff and the managers should be proud of em cause I am .. thank you again
