Priceline Pharmacy Gympie

Never had a bad experience here. Not even going to bother reading the lower star reviews. I've been here countless times, even have my medication on file, and it's always quick, great advice, and good customer service. Prices are fair, too.

Normally I am happy to buy all my medical needs from Priceline Gympie. Only today I could never have been more disappointed. All I wanted was a bandaid for the back of my sons heal. So I read them all and got the one that stated SUPER STRONG ADHESION. I put one on him and off we went. Only for it to fall off within 10mins. So I cleaned his foot. Dried it. And tried again. Once again within 10mins it fell off. So I went back to the store with the box and my receipt wanting to change it over for a bandaid that was super strong adhesive. I had come back only an hour after purchasing it. Here’s their answer. We can not refund or exchange. You need to bandage the area to keep the bandaid on. Since when do you have to bandaid a bandaid. That’s ridiculed. I opened one and showed her there was no stick. I stuck it to the back of my arm covered in hairs and then with no struggle it just peaked off. Again she said you will have to pay for a different product or bandage it to your sons foot.I don’t care that it only cost $5. It’s the principal. Poor customer care.

a pharmacist named Oscar stopped to help me 3-oct-2021, cnr lutwyche rd & le geyt str windsor brisbane. im 64 had fallen on the road after my dog got spooked. my right wrist was shattered. oscar splinted my hand with a piece of polystyrene he got from a chinese restaurant nearby, he then bandaged my arm. i was waiting for the ambo & was bleeding badly. rbwh hospital emergency was most impressed with his splint i kept wearing it for hours until they could finally realign my remainimg hand bones. im typing with 1 hand & will keep returning to rbwh orthopeadics after 2 surgeries but it looks like i will have some functionality in my hand again, a lot of thanks to oscar being there at the right time willing to help. i will contact oscar in a few weeks , my name is Grace espach. thank you thank you for helping me Oscar your emergency work helped save my hand

Great range and friendly helpful staff

Very impressed with the service I received today by no less than 3 team members, the first 2 were both knowledgeable and also only to happy to check with the pharmacist on my query around specific supplements.There was also a good range too I was surprised they had the brand I prefer & I was shown items in both lower and higher price range which is rare!Checkout team member was pleasant and efficient and joined me up to the rewards program in record time. The service and advice makes the difference for me as opposed to those warehouse type stores. I’ll be back for some Christmas gifts for sure!

polite girls, but theprescriptions area is a joke, .rarely aknowledged, get told to come back in 10min, so i go back in 20min, meds still not done . not even busy. poor form.

i genuinely love coming here but a few cons are being stalked by the staff as if i’m stealing, when all i want to do is check out some new makeup products or new skin care. another one is being harassed by staff with a basket when i have two things in my hand, it’s not and it won’t make me buy more items. it will legitimately just make me put them back and leave. it’s annoying being asked 5 times if i need help, i think you guys need to be taught about body language because that’s a big indication if i or anyone needs any sort of help.

I was rudely mocked by a lady with rainbow hair. My mother had an infection in an awful spot, I asked to speak to the pharmacist and if they could have a look at it in the back room so there was privacy. This lady instantly starts laughing at me as if I was stupid. She then continued to walk to the pharmacist and told them what I said laughing as the say I asked to be looked at in another room. I felt attacked and extremely uncomfortable.

Staff here are extremely helpful. This chemist does medication rolls for elderly without charging unlike a lot of pharmacies which is a bonus for pensioners.

Best place to go for all your needs . Staff are always friendly and welcoming. I love there app for prescription you just have to walk in and pick it up. Also if you use there card you get a lovely surprise with some money off every now and then. Always go there.
