Neurologically mobility challenged and immunocompromised trying to get five RATs in once visit as I had my disability support worker taking me shopping today.Wouldn’t not even budge or refer to manager asking for dispensation as I suffer chronic pain, was flaring and would find it difficult to impossible to return at my convenience to pick up the remaining three.I find it beggars belief that someone who is able bodied would tell me they understand and then proceed to demonstrate that they do not understand.I know there is stock restrictions, but seriously. Three for a disabled customer who has trouble returning to store… and using the broken record technique when I said I read the papers and knew the supply chain issues…I will be taking all my business elsewhere from now on. Disgraceful behaviour. Lacking empathy and flexibility.

I always deal with Nigel he’s a great guy and very knowledgeable and always available to give outstanding advice ,that’s why my family keep going there . All the staff are polite and friendly too well done

Very unprofessional customer service from John. He is rude, unhelpful and immature. 3 of my scripts have gone missing on his watch already this year and when I asked him about it, he stormed off and threatened to call security. He needs a massive reality check for that rampant god complex he has.

Staff is very professional.... Sharing my experince I was served by Staff Naomi... I went to exchange one of the product which I bought 3 weeks ago and didn’t had invoice.... she went beyond and looked for transcations for the day and matched it with the invoice ....I really appriciate her every efforts to help customers like me.... Thank you

Until recently moving (April 2020) to Gippsland to live my wife and I shopped with Terry White Charlestown since they started. John Eve was our pharmacist at another Chemist, so it was an easy decision to follow him, when he went out on his own.John is now in partnership with Nigel, between the two of these guys and the fantastic staff that are employed there, we had many years of excellent service. Nothing was a bother to these guys - in particular, my regime of medicines is complex, but they did their best for me, to make things easy to understand. I highly recommend giving these John, Nigel and their staff a try - easy access from the Charlestown Square carpark - you don't have to go into the Square"

Nigel is very rude. Changing pharmacies today. They put me at risk by takingmy pills to people upstairs and then blamed me for their mistake. Unbelievable

Excellent customer service here today. Melissa the retail manager was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. The pharmacist on duty was also excellent and the young lady who served me at the checkout was super friendly and helpful! Great team with excellent customer service!

Even though they're a nice staff, when I rung up about a mistake with my prescription fill, (they missed two prescriptions but still charged me for them) the male chemist reeled off a insincere practiced apology and couldn't wait to get me off the phone, slamming it down in my ear as soon he could, even though I was still trying to clarify what was to be done, without so much as a goodbye. Maybe he just had a bad day.
