Spudshed Bentley

Having spudshed available all day and all night in this area has made it easier for people to make their living. It would be great if some of the staff could learn how to handle customer service, otherwise this would be an excellent place to go shopping

This place is great. Open 24 hours. A lot of options. I think they should keep staff more motivated. They are not helpfull and friendly enough. Please train them more professionally. Overall this place is great. A lot of parking outside. Easy access. Usually they have fresh good fruits etc.

Quite busy. Very hard to navigate around with so many (often quite oblivious) people. Apart from that, good variety of product and quick checkout (with a bonus broccoli).

I found online order is the worst. I rang Bentley spudshed thing there might have been some mistakes in my order but very bad response. I order green spinach but got unfresh stuff, I ordered red potato but got what instead and not in a good condition. And I ordered pink salt grounded one but got rock one. They are Very careless and poor handling online orders.How can they send decayed stuff . Online shoppers actually paying more and with these things of stuffs. I am not satisfied at all.

I visited Spudshed Supermarket last night and had an extremely disappointing experience with one of the staff members, Angelique. I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the disrespectful treatment I received during my visit.Upon reaching the checkout counter, I attempted to tap my membership card as I usually do, only to be met with immediate resistance from Angelique. Instead of calmly explaining the store's policy, she rudely insisted that I refrain from using the scanner to scan my barcode. Despite remaining silent, I continued trying to scan my card as it is something I genuinely enjoy doing. Unfortunately, her response escalated, and she abruptly grabbed the scanner from my hand, dismissing my actions as useless and unnecessary. This act of disrespect left me astonished and taken aback, as I have never been treated in such a manner before.After scanning all my items and preparing to leave, I gathered the courage to ask Angelique once more if I could scan my membership card. To my disappointment, she outright refused, stating that it would make no difference whatsoever. The dismissive and nonchalant attitude displayed by Angelique left me deeply hurt and disrespected. I was registered a membership card because I heard staff members asking about it few times before. However, this incident has shaken my faith in the supermarket's commitment to customer service.Adding to my distress, as I was completing the transaction, Angelique turned away without a word of gratitude or even a simple have a nice day." This final act of discourtesy further emphasized the lack of respect and professionalism demonstrated throughout my encounter with her. I have never felt so degraded and undervalued as a customer.While I hope that Angelique's behavior does not stem from racism for Asian People. I cannot help but question her motives behind treating me in such a demeaning manner. Maybe we are not clever enough to get one? My boyfriend and I are regular patrons of Spudshed Supermarket

It's a big, cheap and slightly dirty supermarket. more importantly they offer irresistible bargains on affordable healthy vegetables and fruits.This Spudshed has very good lighting inside, it's nice and bright inside.Also a reminder to all not to overload your trolley with stuff as the fruit and veges seems to go off faster....It is better to visit more often than do a single weekly shop if possible.

This is the first Spud Shed experience and was not disappointed. A great well appointed store with a huge variety of fruit and vegetables, as well as a great range of frozen food, drinks, potting mix, meat, the variety is great. Love to see a business like this, that has numerous outlets, and competes against the big supermarkets.

You can get almost all types of indian products with reasonable price. It is a crowded place and one can get cheaper vegetables and daily needs easily. Chicken and frozen fish are also available. Personally, i like the place. However, I think there should be more check out counters to serve the queues faster.

We managed to get food essentials at 11 pm. This place offers a wide range of wholesale groceries l, diary products, and fresh bread. We didn't feel unsafe even it was close to mid night.
