I see Stef regularly for MLD and using the infared sauna. She is the most lovely and knowledgeable person who is always learning new things to help me with my ailments in between appointments. Her clinic is so cool, inviting and funky. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

She has a such a lovely clinic space and her treatments are solely focused on you, really listening to your needs and communicates this through her healing touch. Stefanie is simply amazing! She listens and understands. She is very caring. She explains to me the different treatment techniques and their effects on my body. My experience is always a pleasant one. I can feel the difference right after my consultations. I definitely recommend her to anybody who is looking for a great myotherapist!

Stef is the therapist that dreams are made of. Both intuitive and a natural healer, but with an amazing amount of knowledge of the human body and how it works. She truely listens to and cares for her clients, and tailors the treatment and care to what each individual needs. she has so many tools and skills at her disposal and is able to help her clients help themselves in the process. an absolute angel for anyone needing quality care.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Stef today! Her space is gorgeous, clean, well equipped and very well thought out. Stef is professional and communicates very well. I felt at ease straight away. Being my first pregnancy, I wanted to find somebody to pamper and educate me during this crazy journey my body is going through! I’ve definitely found my person woohoo!

Stef is warm, friendly, caring and knowledgeable. She listens to your concerns, checks in with you to make sure you're happy with how the treatment is going to run, effectively treats problem areas and provides helpful take home/ post treatment advice. Thanks to Stef the intense muscle tightness and tension I used to experience is no longer impacting my daily life. I always look forward to my appointments as I know I'm in the best care. Her space is very clean, comfortable and relaxing too.
