Fast service, easy process and cheap

Had recently rented a KIA carnival from these guys. The service was exceptional. They even let me pick up the car early and drop it late. The vehicle was great and comfortable. The price was very reasonable.But their insurance policy is not great as it doesn’t cover many such as windscreen.Highly recommend them.

STAY AWAY!!!I paid extra for the no excess insurance package on the website and when I went to pickup the car he informed me if there is an accident I had to pay for the damage and the insurance would pay me back later. So if it's $20,000 you have to pay for it and hope their insurance pays up later. If you don't agree they hit you with it's in the fine print" & won't give you the car! Because I was stuck their and needed the car urgently for business I begrudgingly had to agree.They also supply cars for QEEQ. Will pay a little more for Budget or Avis next time."

Best service. One of cheapest car rentals, with highest quality. Booking process is really simple and instructions provided are crisp. Although the location is a little away from the airport, they provide free shuttle from and to airport. The guys at the desk are highly ptofessional and punctual. At the end of my rental period, I had drop off time of 7 am at their facility, 4 to 5 km away from which opens at 7. My flight was at 8 and I had some apprehension. But, to my relief I was at the airport at 7.11am. Because, the guy came at 6.59, quicky checked the car and dropped me off to the airport.

Nice service, quick respond,arrived at the airport and the shutter bus come in 10mins, and the very fair price for Q5 compared to Hertz,and staff didn't force you for updating the insurance. But when I was in Hertz Sydney,they asked 3 times for premium insurance!!!!But absolutely you need the valid credit card to picking up the car,very obviously displayed when you make the booking.

Beware of scam! Be very careful and check every small scratch and minor defects even under the car to make sure you take photograph of these minor immaterial defects to protect yourself. The company staff will try to find even a smallest scratch in the car that you may have missed to try to get you to pay for the damage. For a small scratch below a front bumper which I did not notice and take a photo, I was charged AUD 1000 reserve fee when I returned the car before I am allowed to go to the airport to catch a flight. They said it will take 1 to 2 months for them to fix the scratch and advise how much it cost before I can claim the insurance. Basically a scam.

Booked a car a month ahead of time, and got a text 24hrs before picking up the car saying that only strictly credit cards were accepted, and not anything else such as debit cards. There was no prior warning or notice of their policy. Forced us to cancel the booking and go elsewhere.

Great above and beyond" support getting to our reserved cart when our international flight arrival was delayed repeatedly. Will definitely rent from Aucar in the future."
