I am very much happy with the quality service I have received so far from ABK supplies. I bought fittings for my 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Customer service awesome. I have ordered two vanity and I have picked them from the store. Mistakenly I have ordered a wrong vanity, realised after coming home. They have changed the order and deliver the correct item on next working day to my place for free which I have never expected. All the parts I bought are quality product. Now is the time to see how those fittings gonna serve me over time.

Purchased approximately 10k of bathroom products from ABK for complete bathroom renovation . Service on initial visit was good got improved pricing when told them about competition pricing and they matched. Spa bath ordered took approximately 12-14 weeks and was told it would only be 4. Very poor customer service with back order follow up always had to ring and speak with David when they should have been calling me. Very good products and extensive showroom. I did feel they could have been more helpful but seems good old fashion customer service is very hard to find these days.

Went to ABK today to buy a shower rose and two taps I was served by the most arrogant man ive ever dealt with treated me like a child told me not to touch the displays because they are expensive spoke down to me because I wasn't a plumber have never had this terrible customer service in my life when I told him that his customer service skills were terrible he refused to sell me the items unbelievable

They have spa baths. Very helpful. Sorting out the details. I didn't know I needed all that information. So happen they told me. I got my spa bath. Next will be shower and toilet.

We have used ABK for our bathroom renovations. The guys there are fantastic especially Dave. They have a great range and their product knowledge was great. Nothing was too much trouble and we got a reply to emails promptly unlike some other suppliers. If you are renovating or building you must visit them. They were great on price as well without having to haggle.
