I first went to Best Wilson Buckley at North Lakes for advise on Grand-Parenting Rights. What ensued from then was nothing short of chaos when my world tipped upside down when my marriage of 35years ended. I ended up with two separate legal maters at the same time.I was in very muddy territory having had no knowledge of the legal side of things in both cases and was exceptionally well supported by first Alicia and Samantha and then Cassie, Samantha and the team.I started out feeling quite fragile but becoming educated and getting sound advice from my legal team held me in good stead for feeling confident of a good outcome. I found the online Asset tool was very helpful and it meant that I could provide all the information that was required prior to our meet up which saved a lot of time and legal expense.I’m just so glad that I was recommended Best Wilson Buckley because they know family law inside out and were efficient and focused on getting a good outcome in both cases. If you want a glorified secretarial service, then BWBFL is good for you. They are really good in sending out reminders, bills, especially bills. But if you are looking for a law firm that has compassion, professional service, care about the case and their client, then stay as far away from them as you can. I had the worst possible experience with them. Their estimates of cost could be off by 200%. They have no desire to help you win your case. All they care about is to drag out the case as long as possible so they can bill you for as much as possible. So beware and be warned!
