Never again!If you are going to sell $8 pies, I’d expect them to not be burnt!!!!!!!Then, take them all back to get a refund and the shop person says he didn’t give them to us like that!!!!!!!!Well did they burn from the heater in the car??????? We chose non burnt pies. Chose carefully.Get them home and they are burnt, black not golden, fffsssss burnt!!!!!!!!

Customer service was good, but all the items we bought were hot on the outside and cold in the middle, I expect more from $5 Sausage rolls and pies- couldn't eat it. Very bad considering I was feeding the kids too.

Worst Pie Face experience. Ordered the a curry mince and received some chicken pie. Did not offer the sauce that was complimentary.Staff should focus in the costumer they are serving rather than speaking on a mobile call at the same time.While waiting for my microwaved pie she was serving an elderly man who couldn't see his pump number from a distance and instead of helping the poor man she just walked off and came back and just picked any pump number.

Horrible, the customer service is appalling and the worker took a very long time just to give me the wrong pie, pieface should actually make sure their employees are properly trained instead of hiring cheap horrible workers that have no future in their life
