Ever since our home was handed over back in December 2018 there has been nothing but issues, the fact it was a challenge to get a hold of our builder (project manager) during the build and after shows just how un-professional Adenbrook really is, very disappointed! The fact that we had a stair-hand rail loose for over 6 months (despite being part of the maintenance list) shows how much Adenbrook cares about safety. We are honestly tired and exhausted.Our experience became worse - for example, patches of paint can be seen on the floor in the garage. This is an issue that has been captured into the maintenance list and is yet to be actioned. When this issue was again bought up with Adenbrook we got told the following (in email): I have spoken to our Construction Manager and he advised me that your garage floor was relatively clean and free of paint spills." We then get told in the same email: "As per his instructions I am closing off the maintenance list as all items have been attended to."They decided to close the maintenance list
