I had my diff rebuilt, and it continued to make bad road noise. I feel the worn components should have been identified in the rebuild (I would have put my money towards an alternative). The noise was then incorrectly attributed to the gearbox, and based on that advice I went ahead with a rebuild on that despite it driving and changing perfectly. The rebuilt gearbox introduced a terribly loud whine, and would grind into 3rd gear with every change (maybe just an issue with linkage adjustment). Also both the diff and gearbox had oil leaks after the rebuild. After hunting around Perth I've since had the diff and gearbox rebuilt elsewhere for the same amount of money again, and only the whine persists. It was an expensive lesson. I would not recommend, and be wary of gaslighting.

Recently got my diff fully rebuilt, aftermarket diff gears and a TruTrac in my Ve HSV Maloo installed by Trev. I am absolutely stoked with the outcome and couldn't recommend Trev enough! His customer service was outstanding, product knowledge is unreal and he even smashed out the work so I could get my car back for work. He really does treat every car as if it was his own including a follow up a week later to check over. I will definitely be returning for any Differential & Transmisson work in the future and cannot thank him enough for his urgency and reliability!

Had my R230 300ZX Twin Turbo diff rebuilt with a new Quaife mechanical LSD. Trev knows his stuff and I am definitely really happy that I selected that business to build the diff on my race car.

Trevor is an honest, down to earth bloke, who won't rip you off.

Trevor is very honest won't charge for things that don't need to be touched. I recommend his business highly.

It took me a little while to get around to do this review, mainly because I just didn't really know what to write. So I will write from my heart .This place deserves more than 5-stars. You don't see many of these true blue honest mechanics around anymore....Trevor is friendly, and great to deal with. He could have charged me thousands on a job (which service mechanic's" like Automasters would have quoted me) but none of the stuff those so called professionals said needed done

Booked in for a transmission service about 3 weeks in advanced. Called 2 days prior to agreed date to confirm booking as requested. Upon arrival told vehicle transmission cannot be serviced today and to come back another day. Also now priced $50 more....is this how people run businesses? Place looks like a junk yard, would be sceptical to take anything greater than a lawn mower here
