Just had Panasonic reverse cycle installed. Fantastic service from Lee with quotes and last minute changes. Installation team was great, clean work. They were fast and efficient. Electricians were great. They all worked in unfavouring weather on the day. Very happy with the overall response and service.

No aspersions on the Mannix team, but I would never buy another Samsung product!I own a Samsung washer and refrigerator and a reverse cycle air conditioner . As long as the temperature is under 27 Celcius the air conditioner works quite effectively. HOWEVER once the temperature goes over 27 it is poor in delivery of comfortable air cooling. Mannix have tried to rectify the problem to no avail. There seems to be an inherent problem that no one can fix.The matter was reported to Samsung without response.The unit will soon be out of warranty. So my advice is Don't buy Samsung.I intend to complain in every possible forum to warn others of my dilemma .

Worst customer service. They don't return calls unless you keep calling them back on their case about it. Poor quality labour. Had heating installed and the ducts came loose... TWICE!!! Wondered why my gas bill was over $1000 for a quarter. Avoid this place like the plague!!!

A very good experience from start to finish. Cameron was exellent, the installation was excellent from the installers and the electricians. All clean and tidy in their work.

Cheep prices but staff is too busy to help you you have to keep calling them to get a quote. I can imagine how will be the customer service if something goes wrong

I recently had my air conditioning system installed by Mannix Air and Solar and I am extremely pleased with the results and service I have received. The installers were friendly and professional. They had the job completed by lunchtime that day. There was no mess to clean up, they were tidy as they went along. I have no hesitation in recommending Mannix to install whatever system you choose to have.

Very poor service started from the really beginning of requesting quote then throughout the installation to final invoicing and payment process.I got Mannix Holden Hill to handle my ducted air con replacement was purely because they were assigned by the air con manufacturer- Mitsubishi Heavy Industry. I basically didn’t get a chance to choose who is the installer if I want the particular air con model that I want.Except of the common issues (don’t returning phone calls) that I found from other poor reviews, it took nearly a month for them to finalise the installation. They do have the main job done on the first installation day but left the final bit undone and I have soon received the final invoice even though the job is not completed. Also, I have requested multiple times to them to correct the invoice ( to list the details of optional upgrade that I added, not just the lump sum amount). Since there is a Cash Back program from the air con manufacturer, they knew I have to pay in full by end of the promotion period regardless they fix the invoice or not, I think they just not bother to do any extra work, not even simply reply an email...therefore I really doubt their aftersale service....

We had a Bonaire Evaporative system installed a few months ago and have been very happy with it so far. Cameron in sales was great to deal with and when we had a slight issue, he quickly arranged for it to be sorted and ensured that we were completely satisfied with everything. Great service and a quality product!

I had a problem with water gushing out of my evaporative air-conditioner today so I rang MannixAir at Holden Hill. They gave me the mobile no, of their supervisor and he came round this afternoon (within 2 hours of call). He changed the float switch and cleaned up inside the unit. Now we are ready for more hot weather. Thanks Mannix!
