We visited Auto one this morning and there was a 25% store wide sale so we decided to go check it out. We had gone there to purchase the Rhino rack. We were served by Lauren and her colleague, Nick. Lauren was amazing and recommended some good products to buy and was very honest with what we should get and what we do not need. Till the end she took care of us even helping us to secure the rack to our roof. Nick joined at the end and gave us a crash course on how to use the ratchet straps properly. Loved their customer service!! Will highly recommend ! And will be back again.

Adam refused to refund me after I return the faulty product to their store, he said he study law and they can't refund me but required me to drive 23 minutes to other store to get a new one! Absolutely poor customer service and lack of knowledge about customers right. Wasting my time and embarrassed me at their store.

It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced this level of customer service. Adam went above and beyond to help my husband and I get what we needed for our van build. He was so friendly, enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and shared so much advice which was really helpful.He even posed for a photo! Thanks for an awesome shopping experience. We will be back soon.
