Have dealt with them for years, good accurate advice, generally very helpful, cheeky as all get out but then again so am I, no problem is too difficult, I only give 4 stars because you can always do better!

Rossco and all the team have been fantastic from start to finish. The knowledge , workmanship and customer service is outstanding. I would highly recommend Ballina Pool shop for all your pool needs.

Service carried out to replace glass media in the filter; the following was the result: Paul the technician was unable to make connections water tight (when they had been becore he started), installed O rings incorrectly, did not clean blockages in the laterals, overfilled filter with glass media (did not follow instructions on packaging), did not order replacement O rings when asked and then denied being asked to place the order; port selector became inoperable, skimmer box and pumps overflowed with glass media. This issue taken to management, Michelle, who refused to acknowlege that Paul carried out the works incompetently and blamed the age of the filter instead (which by fhe way, was subsequently fixed by mysellf) and offered to sell a new sand filter with a generous" $25 discout!We have used Ballina Pools for many years and have spent a lot of money there only to be treated with such arrogance and disdain

Fantastic Service & the staff really know their stuff. I get my water tested all the time but have also needed parts. Nothing is ever a problem & they are always ready to help with whatever you need for your pool!

These guys are ythe people to see about pools. They have helped us for years to keep our pool perfect. If you are sick of buying $100's worth of products every trip to the pool shop, go and see these guys and they will get your pool sorted.

We have just finished a 250k renovation and the pool is probably the area we are most pleased with. This company was amazing to deal with. The price was competitive but it's the service that really made it stand out from the competition. From the initial site inspection through to the meeting with the fibre glassing specialist, the quoting process, the job execution and finally the water testing, Ballina Pool Shop was incredibly professional. Thoroughly recommended. Ask for Tim - he is a gun.

Lovely people, Lovely company. Quality Service all round!The Ballina Pool Shop is an absolute life saver! I am selling my house and needed photos taken for it to go on the market, I had booked in and confirmed with another company to have my pool cleaned and they screwed us over completely (never showed up and when I called to ask said they never intended too- Don’t go to Aquasolutions.). I was in a big mess as my pool needed to be vacuumed urgently for the photos. I went to the Ballina pool shop in hope that they’d have someone that could help and though they were fully booked he immediately offered for me to borrow a pool cleaner myself for FREE just to help us get out of the situation we were in! It isn’t often you hear of truly amazing LOCAL service but this is definitely the exception! The guys here are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone I know. If you are wanting quality service,a trustworthy local business that is reliable and filled with kind people then the Ballina Pool Shop is for you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, it may not seem like a big deal but for us it was truly a lifesaver!
