UniLodge Darwin Student Accommodation

Very bad, horrible internet service I have faced in Unilodge . Only one fridge for 4 persons in a four shared unit. IHD is beautiful and cheaper than Unilodge and with good facilities

UniLodge is the best decision I ever made since I reached Darwin. Why to say that UniLodge is super close to the shopping center, all transportation stations, and CDU campus as only 20 mins walk from here.Beautiful view from balcony, friendly roommate, patient & kind reception staff.Level 1 has activity room which is good place you can hang out with friends.Until now, I am really enjoying here.

Great place to move in, this is one of the best decisions I made. The team is super supportive and friendly, especially the tall manager. I look forward to the next community event!

Great community event on every week, and wonderful management support which literally helped me solving issues from top to bottom, it was incredible amount of help i received and I was overwhelmed by generosity from manager.

My room type is a studio apartment. Lived there for more than a year. The most thing I like is I can have my bathroom and kitchen, no need to share with others. Also, the price is reasonable, which includes all bills. The location is convenient as the shopping mall is just next to the building, and you can also reach the bus interchange within walking distance.I highly recommend it to those who like to live alone / want to have privacy.

Sharing some of my feelings after living in Unilodge for months,Rental :The rental is affordable, it includes water, electricity and WIFI. I think it is not easy to find a place like Unilodge that includes all these bills.Security :Strangers are not easy to get in Unilodge.They are unable to enter the main door when it is locked, also they can't access the elevator and the room door. I feel really safe and secure when living here.Room and facilities :My room is tidy and clean. The Unilodge staffs inspect the cleanliness of rooms regularly and there is also insect terminator comes regularly. I NEVER see a cockroach here! I really appreciate the managements :)Room is not big but I got everything I need - air-condition, microwave, kitchen and Hot Shower! Also there is laundry room and pantry just right on the 1st floor.Service and assistance :The 3 staffs in the ground floor office are really friendly and helpful, also there are staffs working at nights and weekends. I feel relieved to live here as I can always find someone for assistance.I think it is really important to have a friend" or "family" who is always here for you

Unilodge has been a great and reliable place to stay. After a few days of moving in here, I broke my foot and the staff have been extremely helpful and morally supportive. They have even helped me with making sure I receive my medicines, groceries, and they have even helped me throw my trash because I cannot walk due to my injury. Anytime I have a question both people Ray and Kazi have been available and accommodating. I think they have created a comfortable ans safe environment for students over here. It is most certainly the most supportive residence I've found in Australia, so far. I would like to especially thank Kazi for being kind and accommodating in making sure that students feel at home at Unilodge. I think they're doing a great job here and I'm happy with the studio because I have access to my own bathroom and kitchen. The staff is running this place smoothly and I am grateful for their hospitality.

Great place for students. Has everything nearby, even gas stations. Would recommend for new students coming to Darwin.
